This website is an information and appointment-request site for Gameday Men's Health clinics in Plano, Lewisville, and Dallas, Texas. It is not a patient portal. It does not hold medical records, lab results, or any protected health information, and you should never send medical details through this site.
Information you share directly with a clinic, in person, by phone, or on intake paperwork, is handled by that clinic under its own HIPAA policies and notice of privacy practices. This policy covers only the website.
